The Equipment
How long do the batteries last?
All equipment will be sent fully charged. The headphone will run for up to 10 hours. Power supplies will also be provided.
Can you use the equipment without power?
Yes!

How many channels are there?
For most of our hires, there are 3 channels. This is included in the price.
How far is the range of the headphones?
Up to 400m. It is always best to put the transmitters as high as you can.
Do I need to provide music?
You are welcome to provide your own music, we will provide an AUX which will plug into most phones, iPods, laptops & mp3 players.
Unfortunately, we do not provide any music devices.
Can Silent Disco 4 Hire set up the equipment?
Sure, we can come along and set up the hire gear. Please email us for a quote but it’s super easy, save your money and get some more drinks in!
Are the headphones LED?
Yes, each channel has a different colour.
What happens if equipment gets lost or damaged?
Please let us know as soon as possible.

How do I book or enquire?
You can either get a quote or you can book now and select the packages you would like. It’s all done online.
All prices are shown online and there are no hidden costs. You can request a quote/ invoice online and also book.
Is it easy to set up? Do we get instructions?
It is all very easy to use, just plug the transmitters into your music device and you’re ready to go!
You can download the instructions beforehand (shown on the footer) or we can email them to you. We will also provide a printout.
Can we put stickers on the headphones?
No, sorry.
If I receive a invoice will that reserve the hire?
No, sorry. We only hold hires once full payment is made.
Either online or via bank transfer.
Delivery & Collection
How long is the hire?
How does the delivery & collection work?
We deliver & collect with DPD. On the day of your delivery or collection they will provide a one hour window.
We will provide all materials needed to return the equipment such as return labels.
Can I return the boxes back to a DPD shop?
Sure, please let us know you want to do this and we will tell you the best shop.
Where do you deliver to?
Anywhere in the UK, we offer free delivery & collection nationwide. Just book online and add the delivery address.
Can you deliver and then collect from different locations?
Sure, just let us know the delivery addresses or your order or let us know via email.
Can I have a one hour delivery & collection window?
Sure, we will text you a one hour delivery window and a 1 hour collection window.
If this is not enough we can provide a 15 – 30 minutes window for deliveries.
What happens if I miss a delivery or collection?
Deliveries are normally made one to two working days before your event. So we have a days safety net if you miss a day. We can also deliver to a local DPD shop if needed the following working day. If you are not going to be there please let us know ASAP.

How do a pack away the kit ready for the courier?
We will send you a text update before your collection. Just simply put the kit back in the box or boxes, and we will provide a prepaid label that you stick over the label address to you.
We also added some cable ties to secure the lids.
